With over two decades of paralegal experience, and having served as a Guardian ad Litem for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) with the Franklin County Domestic Relations Court, Wendy Ruiz is no stranger to the family law process. She supports attorneys with document preparation, organizing complex document discovery and preparing discovery responses, handling court preparations, and interviewing witnesses to support case development.
Committed to providing exceptional client care, Wendy’s attention to detail and hands-on approach help clients make informed decisions with confidence. Most of all, she takes pride in delving into the details of each case so she can reassure her clients that they will be okay and can help minimize the emotional impact on them and their families.
Known for managing high-asset, complex cases with professionalism and efficiency, Wendy is an active member of the Paralegal Association of Central Ohio and the Columbus Bar Association, where she stays up to date on legal developments and trends in Ohio and the profession.
Away from the office, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and family, as well as traveling, snorkeling, and golfing. She also enjoys “creational thinking” through cooking, crafting and tending to her perennial garden.
