The Verdict is in, In a win for partner Mark Weaver the Ohio Supreme Court ruled unanimously that his client - the State of Ohio 0 was within its rights to prosecute a former Williams County sheriff for unauthorized disclosure of information. In State v Towns, the high court affirmed a Sixth District Court of Appeals decision that filing a complaint with the Ohio Ethics Commissions is not a prerequisite for criminal prosecution.
