Isaac Wiles is a premier, full-service law firm that strives to deliver results that exceed our clients’ expectations by adding maximum value to their organizations. We achieve this goal by hiring and retaining top-level diverse talent in all functional areas of our firm and by working collaboratively to leverage our combined expertise. Our 41 plus attorney firm, with eleven practice areas, can manage complex sophisticated legal matters while offering personal, thoughtful client service.
Our firm is committed to the Central Ohio community and we take pride in supporting several regional and national non-profit organizations that are “near and dear” to our hearts, these include: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society and Special Olympics Ohio. Our dedication to philanthropic service involves not only financial stewardship, but volunteer time to the charities we partner with.
Isaac Wiles is invested in the continued development of an enriching, diverse corporate culture that celebrates all our employees’ contributions and successes. We encourage professional and leadership development within the walls of our firm, or in outside civic and industry associations. Many of our attorneys and staff sit on boards and committees as part of their involvement in the groups they are members. This level of participation ensures that our internal leadership remains open minded to innovation and change, facilitating our consistent growth as a firm.
The story of Isaac Wiles is a chronicle of two well-established Columbus firms who took similar parallel paths for decades before forming a perfect union.
Isaac Brant Ledman & Teetor LLP and Wiles Boyle Burkholder & Bringardner Co. LPA were established near the close of the Great Depression and the beginning of World War II.
At the helm of Isaac Brant were prominent members of city and state government, beginning a tradition of serving governments and public services that exists to this day.
Wiles Boyle originally focused on the intricacies of insurance defense before branching out to other businesses.
Both firms shared a similar reputation for no-nonsense, cost-effective, pragmatic representation, which made for a natural fit when the two merged to form Isaac Wiles Burkholder & Teetor, LLC, a highly competitive, middle-market focused firm in 2013.

Isaac Wiles is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion for our employees, vendors and clientele.
We recognize that it is the responsibility of our organization and all its members to embrace equality and mutual respect in the workplace and we are engaged in active training and leadership around this important initiative.
Our firm is stronger on every level when we appreciate the strength of our differences vs. the complacency of our similarities.
We shall:
Create and maintain an environment of respect for all lawyers and members of our organization.
Maintain programs to support and mentor diversity and inclusion.
Incorporate diversity in our hiring practices and our professional advancement processes.
Maintain meaningful communication structures to garner feedback from our employees, vendors and clients related to diversity and inclusion.
