Dan Rohletter is widely respected for his strong client relationships and ability to move complex deals forward. Representing businesses, financial institutions, commercial real estate developers and owners, and closely held businesses, his practice focuses on business acquisitions and divestitures, commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, zoning, and commercial real estate leases. He also has a significant amount of experience in commercial financing transactions, creditors’ rights matters, general business issues, business succession planning, estate planning and probate.
Dan also advises clients in the cannabis industry, including cultivators, processors, and dispensaries. In addition to representing cannabis clients within and outside the State of Ohio on business issues, he has also interacted with state and local government agencies to help his clients navigate within the various government regulations of the cannabis industry.
Known for his straightforward approach, Dan provides candid advice in the face of difficult realities. Outside the practice of law, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fine dining, live music and staying active. One of his proudest personal achievements was climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with his son.
