about Samuel M. Pipino
Sam Pipino has built a successful twenty-nine year litigation track record on keen anticipation, relentless preparation and complete transparency throughout the process.
His practice is concentrated in Insurance Coverage, Construction Defects, and Personal Injury, and he’s handled litigation cases for mid-cap businesses and regional property and casualty insurers throughout Ohio. Sam has also instituted and defended Declaratory Judgment actions in virtually every state court in the Buckeye State, as well as federal courts including the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
When not immersed in litigation, Sam also provides advisory opinions to clients on insurance coverage issues and also handles first-party claims including fraud investigations and examinations under oath.
Sam is the Chair of the Isaac Wiles litigation practice group.
