With over 23 years of law firm administration experience, Laura Carpenter serves as the Law Firm Administrator of Isaac Wiles. Working in partnership with firm management, she oversees the daily business operations of the firm including, but not limited to, business growth, revenue generation and development planning, staff development, marketing and business development, and leading the firm’s administrative team.

Bringing considerable value to the business side of the firm’s operations, Laura most enjoys leading firms through change while preserving a cohesive firm culture and driving business practices through alignment with organizational business strategies. She not only ensures the firm is continually progressing and staying on the cusp of industry innovation, but she also places considerable value on practice efficiencies, strong communication, and building internal community so attorneys can focus on practicing law.

Known to be a people person at heart, Laura enjoys bringing people together and often serves as the voice of unity within teams, groups and her own family. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys exercising her creativity through redesigning areas of her home, yoga, beach vacations, walking her dog and reading.
