about Hallie Zarbakhsh

Often described as a “force of nature,” Hallie Zarbakhsh’s energy and determination drive her to find positive outcomes for clients. From being a part of a client’s story, to untangling the practical and emotional concerns that lead to a successful resolution, Hallie sees every client and case as a unique and compelling story.

Hallie is an associate attorney in the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate group where she works on matters relating to estate administration & planning, while also researching how state and national laws are changing. In addition, she serves under the firm’s Labor & Employment group in the areas of federal, state, and local laws, drafting of employee manuals, sexual harassment and discrimination investigations, non-compete agreements, and defending employers in Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and related state law litigation.

Hallie received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Energy and Environmental Law Society and was a Research Assistant. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Environmental Studies from Ohio University where she was in the Honors Tutorial College. She also earned a War and Peace Studies Certificate.

When not honing her legal skills as an Associate, Hallie is a self-study of Farsi, her father’s native tongue. With a deep respect for cultures and people, and having lived in Ohio since she was 3, she considers herself where the Middle East meets the Midwest. She is also an avid artist, from handcrafting figurines to sketching and drawing and nearly everything in between.
