Catherine C. Perkins

Cathy Perkins focuses on estate planning and probate matters. She provides her clients with personalized estate plans and professionally handles all probate and estate administration matters. She also assists business owners with many of the legal areas of operating their enterprises, especially in the areas of real estate, risk management and employment law.

Prior to entering private practice, Cathy served as an attorney with the State of Ohio for 32 years. She proudly served as Chief Legal Counsel and Deputy Director for the Ohio Department of Transportation, as an Assistant Attorney General for three Attorneys General, and as Associate Legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. Her public-sector experience in procurement, transportation law, public contract law, and administrative law serves her clients well when dealing with state and local government issues.
