Kevin Bacon is an experienced attorney and community leader, who is devoted to helping his clients, in the areas of government affairs, estate planning, real estate, and small business matters.

Kevin provides government affairs representation and consulting for legislative, executive branch, regulatory and election law matters, to businesses and organizations in need of representation at the Ohio Statehouse. As a former State Senator, State Representative, and the recipient of numerous awards, Kevin understands Statehouse policy and strategy to help clients accomplish their goals and objectives when dealing with government at all levels.

A member of the firm's Estate Planning group, Kevin counsels clients on all estate planning issues, including those with special needs, and probate matters. As an experienced practitioner and a leader in the disabilities community, Kevin cares passionately about making sure the right estate plan is in place so loved ones are taken care of.

As a father of three daughters, the oldest of which has autism, Kevin knows how important it is for families and businesses to plan for the future. He has been, and continues to be, active in community organizations and received many Legislator of the Year awards for his work with the Autism Society of Ohio, Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, Ohio Academy of Pediatrics, and Ohio Speech-Hearing-Language Association.
