Denise Ghidotti brings a unique and powerful perspective to the Workers' Compensation practice of defending employers throughout Ohio. She has gained a wealth of experience over the last 28 years in every area of workers' compensation, specifically the defense of the administrative level for both state-funded and self-insured employers. Denise has assisted in cases involving issues from causation to extent of disability, defenses of permanent total disability claims, violation of Specific Safety Requirements, as well as Court Appeals, Mandamus Actions and appeals to the Supreme Court.
Denise has presented at numerous events covering workers’ compensation strategies designed to minimize the exposure for employers. She attended Otterbein College with a focus on a degree in Nursing, and later received her paralegal certification from Ohio Dominican University.
