With over 23 years of experience, Brenda directs Isaac Wile’s marketing program. Her position encompasses: corporate branding, external communications, market research, business development and media relations initiatives. Her broad background in both consumer and B2B marketing has provided her with a deep understanding of branding and a talent for developing value driven marketing strategies.
She is focused on business development for the firm as a whole in addition to its individual practice areas and works with internal stakeholders to leverage visibility within their unique segments.
Develops and manages all branded and non-branded print and digital advertising.
Directs multiple media agencies in the creative development of branding and messaging for both core and non-core advertising.
Leads and manages the firm‘s communications activities, including all external communication channels & systems and public relation efforts.
Manages marketing budget, including ROI analysis and annual forecasting.
Identifies, analyzes and pursues business development opportunities for the firm, practice groups, and individual attorneys, both within the existing client base and with potential new clients.
Directs, implements and tracks ROI for all social media campaigns (Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Analyzes the cost of and efficacy of all firm marketing campaigns using metrics and quantifiable data.
Works with practice group leaders to assess the firm’s competition and develops well-conceived business plans for specialty areas and vertical segments.
