about Rhonda Whitehouse

As an Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Certified Paralegal, Ronda Whitehouse has more than 20 years’ experience in the legal industry focusing on corporate law, estate planning, litigation and probate. Often described as driven and efficient, Ronda has assisted attorneys with complex mergers and acquisition transactions, the formation and dissolution of business entities, drafting of complex business and estate planning documents and preparation of pleadings to be filed in probate and other courts.

Ronda’s desire to find efficient and secure ways to serve clients has encouraged her to become skilled in the management and organization of electronic documentation including digital records, electronic signatures, and docketing software. With an end goal of providing custom, dependable and responsive service to her clients, Ronda has found electronic files to be an effective tool in attaining that goal.
When she is not in the office, Ronda can be found with her horses. She and her husband are members of Ohio Horseman’s Council, Fairfield County Chapter, and they enjoy trail riding with family and friends. She spent twenty years actively involved in 4-H as an advisor and she and her husband instructed countless young people about the joys and responsibility of horse ownership and care. Ronda also enjoys recharging her soul through worship, time with family, and outdoor activities including camping, fishing and gardening.
