Josh Sinclair is an associate in the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate practice group. While attending Capital University Law School, Josh prepared for his legal career by working at Isaac Wiles as a law clerk for two years, assisting a variety of attorneys with estate planning, real estate, complex litigation, and business cases. He was awarded the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing I and II, Civil Procedure I and II, Business Associations I (partnerships) and II (corporations) and was a note editor for the Law Review.
As a first-year associate, Josh is involved in matters stemming from several practice groups within the firm. He is primarily focused on business transactions/litigation, real estate, and estate planning and probate.
Outside of the firm, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He is an avid golfer and enjoys all things competitive.
