about Dianne L. May
Dianne May has over 16 years of legal experience. As an OSBA Certified Paralegal, she focuses on the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate (estates, guardianships, wrongful death settlements, probate civil actions, etc.). As an Enrolled Agent (EA), her experience and proficiency in taxation and preparation of various types of tax returns, supports not only the firm’s Estate Planning, Trust & Probate and Tax Law practice groups, but the firm as a whole.
Dianne is a 1981 graduate of the Paralegal Certification Program at Capital University Law School. She obtained designation as an Enrolled Agent from the U.S. Department of the Treasury in 1998, and she achieved the designation of OSBA Certified Paralegal in 2011.
She is a frequent educational speaker regarding the taxation of trusts and estates for various enrolled agent organizations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, reading, and sailing on a tall ship in the Caribbean.
