COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 4, 2018 – Mark Troutman will serve as a panelist at the Class Action Mastery Conference in New York City on May 9-11, 2018, presented by HB Litigation Conferences. The panel discussion, “Vetting & Preparing Plaintiffs,” will cover preparing class representatives, recent case law developments concerning adequacy of representation, and traps used to attack adequacy and commonality.
As the co-leader of the firm’s class action team on behalf of plaintiffs, Mark often takes on some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated companies. After spending the beginning part of his career doing defense work, Mark is dedicated to vindicating the rights of consumers against corporate misdeeds. He has litigated against some of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, health insurance companies, and natural gas companies. His work takes him across the country, practicing in state courts across Ohio and federal courts from California to Virginia.
