For the past 12 years, Tisha Smith has worked in the legal industry, with the last 10 of those years helping firms manage their marketing programs. She has experience in all aspects of legal marketing, including business development, communications, client events and strategic planning.
Tisha leads the marketing initiatives for Isaac Wiles, focusing on marketing program development, industry group management, strategic cross-marketing efforts and public relations to further extend the growing footprint of the firm and its brand.
Prior to joining Isaac Wiles, Tisha directed all marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, sponsorships, event management and marketing research, for the Columbus office of a national law firm. She was instrumental in launching and managing the firm’s social media strategy across multiple practices, implementing a social sharing program and leading the committee that established policies related to best practices for the firm’s social media use. In addition, Tisha was also responsible for determining key opportunities for growth and brand development within the Columbus market, as well as managing all firmwide social media efforts, blog creation and promotion.
