Miles Gibson’s decades of experience have made him a valuable legal resource for human resource legal challenges for a variety of companies.

He specializes in workers' compensation injury and wrongful termination matters. His workers’ comp background includes OSHA and VSSR cases, and has defended clients in wrongful termination cases involving Civil Rights, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other violations of public policies.

He also serves as general counsel for Jegs Automotive, Inc, providing general legal advice and recommending experts in select cases.
