A relentless network builder who was recently named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, Alicia Zambelli focuses her practice in real estate, corporate and hospitality law.

She’s provided strong guidance for clients in every corner of the real estate world- buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. Alicia also has successfully counseled small businesses on structure and acquisition; and construction companies such as homebuilders, general and subcontractors.

A special emphasis is hospitality law, where restaurant and hotel companies lean on her expertise for a variety of situations including the selling and transferring such business assets as liquor permits.
